Thoughts on Devotion "Miss Riza?" Winry's voice split the apprehensive silence. The lieutenant raised her head slightly. Shadows caused by firelight danced across her unreadable face as she gazed at the young woman infront of her. Pity surged through the lieutenant. The poor girl was nearly broken. Her sparkling blue eyes and cheerful face were now lowered beneath her bangs. The blanked drapped over her slump shoulders heaved with silent sobs. "Their placing patrols. They'll alert us if-" The mechanic fumbled the words, her hands instinctively curling over her eyes to scrub away unshed tears. "When they get back." One hand lowered to clench the blanket on her shoulders, the other curled into a fist over her mouth. "Damn them. No one believes their coming back." Her whisper was nearly lost by the crackle of the fire.Thoughts on Devotion by Obviously-Outlissa
Hawkeye was silent. Then. "You can cry, Winry. It's not a crime-"

The water was hot. Not uncomfortably so, but hot enough to send goosebumps racing up her cool, bare skin. One step at a time, into the steaming water she went. The First Lieutenant lowered herself stiffly into the hot water, hands pressed against the porcelain walls of the tub. Once in the water, she let her body shift to the temperature; the goosebumps vanished and she settled back, feeling the chill of the tub wall as she rested back upon it. She stretched her long legs out, submerging them both as best she could in the small space. Once comfortable, she slid down further, her chest dropping below the water line until only the tops of her shoulder remained dry.
The water soothed away the stress from the day; the ruffled feathers of military work and incompetence melted into nothingness. She wouldnt admit to it, but there were a few HQ faculty members she would happy to see dismissed. It made her feel bitter to admit such a thing so she decided she wouldnt linger on it. Sh

The sounds of pens tearing across paper flooded the office where Roy Mustang worked. It was a monotonous gesture that broke the silence of the office where his subordinates were working. Each of them were appreciated, each had a quality that distinguished them from the rest: one of them was the most important in his eyes.
She was his true support to save the country, but was also his weakness that could destroy him when she was by his side.
The movement of his pen suddenly paused and he rested his gaze on the back of his hand. He noticed how his thoughts flew away and his eyes lost their focus as he immersed himself deep in this mind.
Many people thought the colonel detested the mountain of papers that his lieutenant had left him but the true reason was a stressful battle going on within himself. He was worried about not being with her, even when she followed him loyally with her quiet steps.
"Colonel?" she whispered removing him from his thoughts.

Jean barely heard Levi's yell as he was focused on Mikasa. She was crouching low with her unmoving dark eyes trained on him. His forearms were sore from blocking her punches, and he'd yet to land any on her.
Beautiful and deadly. That's my Mikasa.
He charged suddenly, feinting to the left, to then abruptly change directions. He skidded in the dirt and threw out his right fist...
...only to have her grab it with her lightening reflexes and toss him over her shoulder. He landed on his back with an oomph.
“Oww.” Jean blinked at the two Mikasa's swimming in front him, hands held out to him. He shook his head, waiting for the Mikasa's to converge into just one. Once his head stopped spinning he took her proffered hand and sat up.
“It's a good thing she went easy on you Kirschstein, I don't know if you would have lived through this otherwise.” Levi Heichou's voice carried some mix of amusement and disdain. “Did you get soft or so

No light showed through the window yet, and she could hear the light breathing of Sasha and Historia. It must be the middle of the night right now. Too early to get up for the day, but Mikasa knew there was no way she would be able to fall back asleep any time soon.
It's been awhile since I've dreamt. I want to go back to not having dreams.
Mikasa hugged herself, willing away the remnants of her dream. When she closed her eyes she could still see the corpses of her friends littering the ground. She could hear the bones snapping when Jean had been eaten, when Eren in his titan form had been ripped apart, Armin swallowed whole, Sasha's arm laying next to her, and a titan reaching for her now, bent leg not allowing her to run...
She jumped out of bed in a rush to just move and think of something else.
Anything else, she hissed at the cold floor.

With a small sigh of relief, Mikasa leaned back and stretched, joints popping with her movement. She'd just spent over an hour meticulously cleaning, oiling and polishing her 3DMG, and the effort showed.
Everything gleamed to a point of perfection that Levi Heichou would have absolutely nothing to complain about. Smiling in satisfaction that she was finally done, she spared a glance at the young man next to her.
Jean was leaning back, arms crossed, feet stretched out under the table, and eyes closed. His gear was already done. Leather oiled, joints scrubbed and oiled, polished and ready to go. She took a moment to appreciate the defined arm muscles she could see through his linen shirt. It had taken almost getting killed for her to notice him, but now that she had, it was hard to ignore him.
He had been arrogant and almost childish when they first met, him picking fights with Eren and squabbling so easily. But now? Now he had matured into a fine leader, he and Eren h
I'm a nerdy housewife and seamstress. With two little boys, my time for any work is minimal, but I do enjoy any time I get costuming or making clothes for my family.
Over the years, we've cosplayed multiple times Roy and Riza from Full Metal Alchemist, and we've also cosplayed Shunsui and Nanao from Bleach. We've also started working on our long term cosplay of a steampunk couple known as Mr. & Mrs. Worthington.
We also enjoy time as a family at local renaissance faires, so we have quite an extensive costume collection for that era, as well as a few other time periods of specific interest.
Just One Kiss. Ladybug/Chat Noir. Although Chat Noir was standing beside her, the cold rooftops of Paris seemed bleak and isolated, as if the freezing temperatures had somehow separated the two. Marinette, transformed into Ladybug, leaned against a brick chimney while Chat paced back and forth. They were waiting for the police to call them in for assistance. A serious break-in had occurred and while it seemed this wasn't the work of Hawk Moth, they wanted to help in any way they could.
"Is something bothering you?" she asked, watching him turn on his heel for the fifteenth time that evening.
"My lady, I know this happened a while ago, but I have a question," he said. "You said something about a kiss after we took down Dark Cupid." Oh. That. Marinette sighed, hugging her sides more. He had a right to know, even if talking about it made her feel uncomfortable.
"Yeah, that. Look, I didn't want to do it, but I figured the one way to break the spell was to kiss you, and -"
"You kissed me?!
